Hire a Programmer, Convert .pptx to images

I a python-based script that will convert a powerpoint document into a series of HTML files labeled sequentially by slide number. The powerpoint will need to be converted into JPEG to accomplish this.

Here's what I need the script to do. I run the script and provide a filepath to the .pptx file. The script will create a directory called "images" in the same directory as the pptx file , then convert each PowerPoint slide to a .jpg file placed in the images folder with the naming convention (010,020,...,090,100,110,...).

After the images are created, a series of HTML files need to be created in the same directory as the PPTX file with the naming convention (010,020,...,090,100,110,...) with each HTML file containing the image to the corresponding slide number.

Please see attached zip file. Powerpoint "Body [login to view URL]" would be the only thing existing in the directory "Body Mechanics" and the file path to the pptx would be passed as a command line argument to the script. All other files in this directory will be created by the script.
