Write a python program to load the data from the two cvs files into a PostgreSQL that add all the attributes from the .csv files directly onto the tables. For the EIA data, dropped column_order, description, and unit. The program should be able to prompt user for the file name. I don't have tables so you have to create your own, don't want to use packages that I don't have.
