Modification on existing multi-objective PSO to re-do some testing on a reference paper that using modified NSGA-II

We need:
1. Same modification on the existing multi-objective PSO algorithm as the one with the reference paper which is done a modification on NSGA-II algorithm.
2. Test the modified version of multi-objective PSO on the same test function as on the paper, with possibility of additional test function (cheap computation test function to evaluate)
3. Produce the same testing results as on the paper.
Resources:
1. Reference paper will be given with a pseudo code for modification.
2. Existing multi-objective PSO written in Python will be given. This existing algorithm is as it is. Python experts need to adapt it to the required tasks.
3. Freely available NSGA-II code written either in Matlab, C, or even Java (will not be provided, as it can be get easily on the search engine)
