Short image process script

This is a sample python script project
script would:
a- get a gray scale image (8 bit), and a b&w image (1 bit)
b - run on image pixels and count all pixels that are in a specific color range.
c - run on image pixels from certain color value, and change the value by +1
d - do the same B&W image
e - do several versions of add/remove value to pixel colors on images
f - return the images. (to result HTML)
project will also supply a simple HTML to upload the images and view the result image.
Project should be installed on a web server (we supply ftp) or google app engine (if u have)
