Build a simple Shopping mobile app

The app should implement a simple custom T-shirt store.
The user choses a t-shirt template, then uploads his own image or places a text, then proceeds to checkout and payment.
All the functionality above is already implemented in a shopify web store. The app should wrap this web code into an app that can be downloaded from the app stores.
It is neccessery that the app works on both Android and iOS, therefore ReactNative and Flutter developers are desired.
It's important that the app looks and feels very modern and that the app is accepted to the Google Play store and Apple app store (you will be in charge of these tasks).
