Find documentation of a court hearing for a DUI 18 years ago

I recently applied for an IT job that would be a great fit for me. When doing the background check, they came upon an arrest for DUI in 2000 in Illinois. I know I wasn't convicted of DUI, but I don't know what the final charge was. They said if I could find this out it may help me get past the background check and get the job. I would like someone to either get this info for me, or tell my very specifically how I should go about getting that. I now live in Florida.
