Responsibilities
Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
Negotiate with suppliers.
Research and compare prices.
Updated supplier database.
Search and contact of new suppliers / products in Asia Market.
Follow-up and request to suppliers to obtain complete offers in the required period.
Prepare Offers summary report per each request.
Periodic meetings and Visit factories to evaluate the reliability of the supplier company.
Manage and prepare agendas & pravet for periodic meetings with suppliers. Update information on international markets (raw materials, products in general, freight rates) / Recommendations by preparing a weekly market trend report,

Work experience as a Purchasing Assistant, Purchasing Officer or similar role.
Knowledge of market research
Solid organizational skills
Graduate of Foreign Trade and / or related careers
100% English proficiency (written and spoken)
Ability to travel when required (inside and outside China)
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
