Digital Business Development for an online, B2B resource-sharing start-up

Our project is called TheHIVE. It's a B2B resource-sharing and recruitment service. It matches clients experiencing temporary drop in workload, with others seeking temperary specialist and qualified resources for short term.
The concept is like AirnBnB and LinkedIn having a baby. The project aims to promote a sharing-economy model in a B2B setup. It Uberises the recruitment industry by inviting non-competing firms to cooperate through a resource-sharing setup that pays for siad resources' wages and contributes to their development.
We are looking for business developers and marketers with good B2B sales skills and who have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a strong command in English. Pushy, car salesman techniques are not welcome. We need to generate leads with a warm, professional, authentic and helpful attitude that says "we are dedicated to excellent client experience" that sets us ahead of any competition.
Our start-up is an innovative, bold and positively-disruptive project. It is proposing something very different to companies to consider. Hence, candidates must be comfortable being challenged by clients over the business concept and are able to manage resistance.
Target Client: Mid to Senior Level management and/or HR and Recruitment decision-makers in businesses based in the UK and with a minimum of 5 employees.
Target Marketing Platforms: LinkedIn for direct lead contact and referral
Deliverables: Generating and referring 3 qualified leads per paid hour to visit our landing page ([login to view URL]) and submit a (short) valid request form.
