An up and coming Marketing Company in is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support and oversee the sales operations and activities as a project for a certain period of time. Hower, we're looking for a long term partner to work with.

Duties and responsibilities include:

*Manage all aspects of CRM in [url removed, login to view]

*Run weekly internal reports using data from Excel as well as [url removed, login to view]

*Oversee and assist in managaging the daily inside sales/call center operations of the company

*Monthly reporting of financials and various activity reports to business partners

*Bi-monthly reporting of paychecks as well as monthly commission

*Analysis of trends of the inside sales team

Qualification Requirements:

*Experience with [url removed, login to view] CRM is a MUST (functions, reports, etc..)

*Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered if all other requirements are met

*2-4 years of experience within a similar role

*Experience working in a Call Center Environment or inside sales

*[url removed, login to view] certification a plus

*Ability to multi-task on a daily basis; supporting company executives and the call center team

*Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

*Keen eye for detail

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Strong financial acumen and reporting skills

*Knowledge of web design and facilities preferred

*Above average proficiency with Microsoft Excel

*Problem solver

*Quick learner

*Exudes leadership skills
