We Need Freelance Real Estate Sales Executives

We are looking for freelance real estate sales executives to join our team.

Type of Real Estate Sales:

- We are primarily focused on residential real estate sales.

Location:

- We require sales executives who are able to work in a specific location; Thane Region of Greater Mumbai

Time Frame:

- We are looking for a long term association with the freelance sales executives. The Freelance Sales Executives will be given monthly sales targets. Leads for the sales will be provided by our company DHC New Homes Pvt. Ltd. The freelance sales executive will be expected to contact the leads provided by DHC, invite the prospect for a sales presentation and close the sales. Fo every site visit organized an incentive of Rs. 500/- will be paid. On sales closed an attractve commission incentive will be extended which will be variable and will depend upon the number of sales achieved in the month.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Knowledge of the local real estate market

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets

- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
