Salesforce/pap4 integration

I'm looking for a programmer who can integrate Salesforce, our site (bespoke CMS) and PAP4. Broadly speaking the integration looks like this: [url removed, login to view] The real crux of the matter is getting SF to talk to PAP4 (via the apis) as most of the rest is already in place. I'm only really interested in fixed-price contracts for this as it is such as small project.
