265086 Quality Backlinks Needed

Even though I provide SEO services, I am so backed up with work I have very little time to build backlinks. I'm looking for someone with experience to help and possibly to hire to assist with many more SEO projects. Please make me an offer for x number of good links. Articles, Blogs, and PR sites preferred. No Link Farms or directory sites. Anyone who can also get authority backlinks like .edu and .gov sites is a plus. I'm starting this project with a small budget as a test run to hopefully find the right person for the job, but I honestly have 12 more SEO projects that I need help with right now and many more coming.
