We have a custom delivery calendar in Shopify, with a fee added for Saturday and Monday Delivery. It used to work so that this fee was charged to the person when they checked out. However, something has happened in the system and now although it adds the fee to the total in the cart, it does not add the extra charge when you actually click "checkout" You can see this here: [url removed, login to view]
