Need fans from UK on my facebook fan page

I need a fan page setting up for a website – this is for a personal site which I am using as a trial because I have about 50-60 more of these that will be required if the project is successful. To start with I need fans from UK on my facebook fan page

if you can do this, just bid here for 100$ and tell me how many fans u can get for those 100$.. and if you complete the project fully, you will be awarded with many more similar type of projects. i need fans from the UK

Project requirements:

1 Fan page setup

2 all fans must be from UK.

3 only real persons, no fakes or bots.

4 all fans must have minimum 3 photos and 20 friends on their facebook profile.

5 all fans must be real people (no fake accounts)

6 all fans must have 30+ friends and 4 photos

7 all fans must be aged 16 and over

8 all fans must have status updated that go back max 15 days

other important issues:

1 Payment will be through paypal – I always pay just look at feedback from previous projects

2 please dont do any thing which cause my fan page suspended or profiles disabled. if any thing happen like these, i will definitely give u a bad review and wont get paid.

4 Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.

all the requirements and other important issues will be checked by third party.. and if you cant fulfill all these or disagree, are requested not to bid here..

i need only serious bidders.. start ur bid with the words "another facebook page" to confirm that u have read the full description carefully. dont forget to bid only for 60$ and tell me how many fans you can get for this along with setting the page up.

I will let you know the website that I require the facebook page for and supply an email address to be used when provider is selected.
