Build an I-pad application

I am looking for someone to build me a reliable i-pad app.

I am in the fitness industry, The app I would like you to create is a personal training notebook.

I am using one at the moment, but not fully satisfied with it. The one I use its called 'The Training Notebook'

What I like, is something just like that, but with editable Par -Q, Editable Assessment page and add a function where I can go trough of the customers goals and take notes.

The app has to be reliable and usable on IOS and ANDROID
