Build a program to automate sales process

We are a website development company specialising in website speed optimisation.
We are looking to automate our lead generation/sales process and cut down on the manual tasks required in our sales process.
I will talk through the steps that need to happen in this piece of software.
1. (Data source = CSV File with Website URL and Email address) List of URL's need to be run through a speed test software (GT Metrix) to test the speed of each site. If the speed is slower than 6 seconds load time a screenshot needs to be taken of the results and that screenshot added to a column in the CSV file.
2. All URL's loading slower than 6 seconds need to be added to a new CSV file with the speed test result screenshots included in one column. An email needs to be sent out to all email addresses in the list with the screenshots attached at the bottom of each email. (each website needs to get their specific speed test results, this can be done by utilising a 'yet another mail merge' type program)
<<Important>> - These emails need to be sent out via our gmail account like a mail merge, they can not be sent via a third party like mailchimp using a generic automation.
3. We need to be able to have a read receipt and know if the emails have been opened and/or a link has been clicked within the email.
4. Based on the receivers interaction with the emails the contacts need to be added via a webhook (or using zapier) to our Active Campaign CRM.
5. Based on the users actions contacts need to be added as deals and moved along the deal stages automatically.
6. Attached is the sales plan which walks through the series of 4 emails that need to be sent and who will receive each email based on the actions they have taken.
