Implement signature feature in existing C# project

I have a C# application with database. Now I want to implement a signature feature into it. I have a Wacom STU-530 and its development kit (SDK).
The C# application generates a report from a database. I require the following changes:
1. When I press “Submit” button, the report (from the application) is going to be displayed on the Wacom pad.
2. There is going to be a “Next” button under the report in the pad. When the user clicks this next button, he will be asked to provide a signature (all of this possible with SDK).
3. After a signature is obtained, it is going to be inserted into the original report in a fixed position.
4. The report will be saved in the hard-drive/server as PDF.
