What you need to do!!
To create a Windows program that can calculate codes that I can use for my personal project....
It has a Manual section and a Auto Calculation section..
The Auto calculation section is the most important one..
I has to calculate the best outcome on any given criteria that I need and or typed in....
Example
I have information like this:
FCCCFFFCFCCCCFFFFCFCFCFCFFFCCFCFCCFFCCFFCCFFFCCCCCFCFCCCFCF
I use a CODE to Calculate the outcome:
WN
THis W and N has also 3 different Colors: BLACK RED and BLUE (B,R,BL)
BLACK means the last outcome check
RED means the 2nd last outcome check
BLUE means the 3rd last outcome check
Its has to have a minimum number 5
within the first 25 information letters
then I do this

As you can see the code is Different from the first outcome
WCol = With Color = some of those letters can be RED, BLACK or RED
And I can have about 1000 to 500.000 lines of information
And every line can have between 25 to 150 characters..
I will go into more details when I have found the person that can do the job

I will create Excel sheets to make the calculation more clear
And we can talk and share screen through Skype
