I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows . My project objective is to build an Obstacle Avoidance software, which the "Webcam" can sense by the color, which maybe i said random color, example like the carpet will not be avoid since that the ground, and color like Red will be avoided as there are the obstacle. That's is roughly what my project want. But the most importantly is, i just need the software and show it, in the comp, as i do not have any robot to show it on. Thanks.
