In Hebrew we have text with points and without points

So I want to give the software txt file with text and the software will ourput only words that contain points
so if i put this sample text
בְּהַגִּיעַ היום נכנס עִם כַּרְטִיס
The output will be:
בְּהַגִּיעַ עִם כַּרְטִיס
Only the 3 words - because only these contain words with points
