TrixBox no longer making/receiving external calls. Need to resolve this.

We have Flowroute as our telco provider using our TrixBox CE system (free, now discontinued). We recently moved our domain registrar/DNS provider, but Flowroute has been using our IP address for our inbound/outbound settings, so this should not have affected anything. Starting today, we can no longer make/receive outbound calls. We get dead air. Internal calls between extensions works. We have restarted the TrixBox, performed tested TELNET (EXTERNAL IP) 5060 from outside the building and it connects. I want someone to restore connectivity and then as a phase 2, provide a quote to upgrade TrixBox CE to TrixBox pro (we will purchase the license) and migrate any of our custom scripts over to the new TrixBox install. The final milestone of this project should include approximately 30 minutes looking at the 1 or 2 custom actions that TrixBox performs when users call in and enter a special code.
