I am in need of an experienced appointment setter for my real estate business, specifically for investment property buyers. Your main responsibility is to effectively set up phone call appointments once you have pre-qualified a customer, using provided lead information that includes full contact details and property preference details. If they are not ready to buy, you will be responsible for nurturing that customer until they're ready
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Prior experience with appointment setting, especially in the real estate sector.
- Strong command of Australian English
- Excellent telephone etiquette with an ability to handle objections.
- Knowledge in customer follow-up and maintaining a warm lead database.
- Ability to effectively communicate property details and other relevant information to potential home buyers.
Note: These leads are warm, coming from customers making enquiries with us as we are buyers’ agents. Your task is to guide them to the next stage of their buying process by setting up crucial phone conversations.
