A 3D character for a mobile game

We are an indie game studio currently working on mobile games.
We are looking for a talented 3d game artist (with knowledge of making 3d models, textures and animations for games) to build a long-term cooperation, we have a lot of jobs to give him/her.
For this job, we want you to make 1 humanoid model and its animations. We don’t want realistic clothe, skin, hair, blood and other realistic details. You can add a face if you think I will look better but don't add heavy details, keep it simple.
The character is a guy with a bow (an archer).
For the model:
We want low poly, cartoon style, simple model but it has to be impressive with its own style! For example, you can put an archer’s hut, a bag of arrows on his back but we don’t want you to do exactly what we suggest you, we want you to put your own style and imagination! The best thing is first to give us some ideas that you have for the model and then we will talk them over.
We also want you to make the bow, arrows etc. Every weapon has to be separated from the model.
For the animations:
We want every character to have 6 type of animations:
1) Idle
2) Run
3) Move slowly forward
4) Move slowly backward
5) Get hit
6) Attack (for the attack animations we need 3 animations)
To better understand of what we need we would like you to view one of our games; the characters should match its style.

This is not the whole job, we just want to find someone that fits our needs first. After that job, we will hire the freelancer again to make us about 10 more models of the same kind and other jobs that we may need.

The max triangles count of the character should not be high, something like 1500 triangles.
