Experienced Person for Vbulletin Update and Small Design

We would like to update our Vbulletin from 4.0.6 to the latest version 4.1. We would also like to make sure after the update, that most popular browsers are compatible including (IE 6, 7, 8, Firefox etc.) We would also like to have some minor touch up done to our existing vbulletin forum, like having a custom background drop down menu option, where members can choose what background image they would like to see behind the forums. We would like to be able to add or remove these background images in admin. I can send an example of another Vbulletin forum that has this feature. Include some loose ends that might need fixing after update (from experience, something new goes wrong, or previous feature stops functioning).

We are looking for someone who is fast, efficient, and easy to work with. We would like this completed within 3 days. We can communicate through e-mail, Skype, or phone. We would be using your services for all our future Vbulletin needs.
