Create Self-Help Knowledge Articles Animations / Videos

However I’m looking for a talented freelancer who I can use on many projects to create self-help knowledge articles & video animations.

This initial job is to create self-help knowledge articles for myRomeo and myJuliet, and build an initial relationship.

Initial self-help articles / videos need to be created:

2. How to Register / Signup?

3. How to update my Profile

4. How to upload photos

5. How to select a Profile Photo?

6. How to upgrade my plan?

7. How to downgrade my plan?

8. How to update my profile?

9. How to search and advance search?

10. How does Self-Help work?

11. How to use the chat interface?

12. How to add a Juliet or a Romeo?

13. How to remove a contact?

14. How to report a contact?

15. How to save a search?

16. How to raise a website fault?

The video simulation can be constructed using Adobe Captivate or a similar tool and each video must following a similar format / look and feel.

Video Requirements:

1. Brand intro ([login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) logos + plus intro audio tune

2. Question?

3. Text How-to steps presented

4. Video presentation - guiding steps

a. Subtitles on screen with instructions

b. Instructions Audio / Voice read

5. Brand Closing ([login to view URL] & [login to view URL]) logos + plus intro audio tune

Once completed, the raw captivate files, and completed videos and any other supporting documents will be uploaded to a google drive.

The successful Freelancer will need to play with the website to understand how the site works and will be provided some testing / dummy accounts to create data for each article/video.

The successful candidate will receive other job’s in the future to populate the knowledge articles /videos with other user based questions.
