Extract video from unopenable swf file

I have a SWF file from a home CCTV camera hard drive.

However, the file is unopenable/unplayable in standard software, I assume some sort of convert or file rename needs to happen to make it playable.

Looking for someone to work this out, and let me know how it is done.
