I am in search of a professional personal assistant who can efficiently organize and manage my schedule and appointments. The scope of work involves:
- Planning my day meticulously and providing a comprehensive, daily schedule overview.
- Making travel bookings for my business and personal commitments.
- Managing my correspondences and ensuring the timely response of emails and letters.
In addition, I require a personal phone call for a brief check-in either every day or every other day, with a flexible approach to accommodate variations in my schedule.
Ideal skills for this job include excellent organizational capabilities, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with scheduling and booking software, and a high level of discretion. Someone with experience in personal assistant roles is preferred, but all motivated and organized individuals are encouraged to apply.
