Design amendments to PSD, quick turn around, star required.

hello, thanks for looking at this bid.
We have a PSD design we need to make some amendments to. The details of the amendments are listed below.
The PSD is attached for your presual. We're looking for quick and quality with this job please.
1. Logo - To be updated. Established date changed from 1989 to 1983. Colours amended to fit in with the rest of the design colour page... ie purple.
2. The phone number on the right hand side, the font should change to be the same as the rest of the page and be in a straight line.
3. In the boxes at the bottom, please can we change the font colour of the box headings to the deep purple.
4. Change the "modern" to "Traditional" in the modern, fashion, contemporary text.
5. Change unique style to " ..a selection for all occastions"
6. Watches box - Change to Watches and Clocks
7. Replace the newsletter box with a new box that says - Help to locate that perfect item or piece of jewellery. This is a design requirement, are you able to come up with something nice for this?
8. The box with the clock in is to be replaced with a "Seasonal promotion box", ie an area to promote Christmas, Valentines etc. The site is due to launch in September, so we're looking for something Christmassy... with christmas boxes and bows, glitter etc... can you design something here that will fit?
9. Replace the Loyalty program with an Anniversary and Christening Gifts box... again, this will require some design skills, are you happy to do this.
