Make Flash presentation to illustrate a training course

Turn an audio mp3 course and a text document into a set of flash presentation video files.

I tried to have this audio turned into a powerpoint presentation, however there were timing issues and? powerpoint looks different on every computer. Creating flash from powerpoint files is possible however it also did not work well due to timing problems and conversion problems. Now, I want to have this project re-done as a true flash project.

I have an audio grammar class audio recording and a .doc file that contains all of the slides for the class as text. I need someone with flash skills to turn my audio and text into a nice looking presentation. There are 10 lessons, most lessons are split into 3 parts plus the intro and conclusion, total time is 3 hrs and 44 mins of audio in the mp3 files which are split into the individual sections(3 per lesson on average). It should look professional but also must have effects that are nicer than simple fade in for every new frame. I have a .doc file with all of the text that should appear and it is in order and matches the narration. All I need is for someone to take my audio and background, then make the text appear and disappear as the narrator talks about it so that the text looks like a professional presentation. You can easily listen to the audio and in the .doc see what is supposed to appear next as the narrator talks about a topic or analyzes a sentence.

Deliverables would be FLV files(one for each part which matches the existing mp3 files which are already divided up in these sections) in a resolution of 720x480, with audio of 128k or higher quality embedded in the flash files. Should play each part start to end in sync with audio.

Why FLV? Because I can work with the video easily later, resize, etc. in Adobe Media Encoder.? I have a swf flash player I can use to play? flv on the web.

Please let me know your flash experience and a link to your portfolio or example of your flash skills would be helpful.

I am attaching a sample that was done in powerpoint. I dont like the rolling text but it will give you an idea of what I want. Fairly simple but clean and professional, using color text etc, more than simple fade in. The only graphic is the background and I will provide that. Note that the sample file will not display correctly in open office, only in true MS powerpoint.

Note: The attached file is a powerpoint sample of how the flash should look. This file is not perfect because ppt looks different on every computer so the drop shadow overlaps etc, you can see why I cannot do the project in powerpoint. This will however give you an idea what I want. This ppt is done correctly and as it goes into the lesson you will see words jump as they are referenced in the audio(audio may be out of sync, another ppt problem). This file only plays with audio in MS powerpoint and will not play correctly in open office ppt.
