Web Service server-side authentification - open to bidding

I would like you to implement the server-side authentification of Soap Headers in php using usernamtoken and password text. More exactly, we have the client side provided from another company in a .jar that has to consume our webservice and its request have soap header authentification.

In the jar of the client there is also an autoevaluation which returns OK for each method in the service if it is consume correclty. We always get the error "header not understood".

We would provide you our little service with the correct response for one of the methods (but with the header error) and the autoevaluation and client jar and you should obtain the OK for this method.
