Need a very good designer proficient with css who advocates clean pages, very bandwidth friendly layout and css integration where possible. We have about 10 pages designed by a developer (rego form, list of items, basically it looks like a typical ebay auction page - plain vanilla). We need to convert these pages to something with some atmosphere (colored text, few background images, icons if need be) to look more like a yahoo style page (clean, evenly spaced, css). Someone who understands usability and can integrate smarty tags into html is a bonus.
