My company need to create a template for design (hhgs)

I need a layout design for a website. Based on the file attached for project, I need an full design for a home page, and second level page templates. All the design using flash like this

must have previous hip hop work samples to submit. Cause my company is an advertising company so i need it look pro and run fast.
