Creative, aesthetic changes needed to pictures in flash

Our company needs specific and creative aesthetic changes to the pictures on our flash design.
It is currently viewable on our test server: [url removed, login to view]
We need more crisp pictures created that BETTER associate with the corresponding slide text.
Our budget is low for this project, but the selected provider will become our primary designer for graphic changes for the site.
The "vision" is to utilize the palm tree (from our logo) and creatively place it in the pictures. We NEED the images to flow well with the text, so there has to be much thought in this process.
A good resource to use is the 6th image on the slide. The palm tree comprised of people.
PLEASE do not send us generic responses. Creativity is extremely important in this project, and we would like to know how you plan on tweaking the pictures.
