eBay listing membership site and eBay Amazon scraper/api tool integration - repost

I am looking to launch a website that provides eBay sellers with completed eBay listings in file exchange format. These listings are of items from reputable dropshipping suppliers. I have already completed 13000 listings and plan on creating many more. I will be able to provide impressive screen shots of actual ebay store sales using these exact listings. I will sell these listings in groups so sellers can populate their entire store instantly or offer a membership where sellers can pick and choose from a pool of listings that are added to frequently.

In addition I want to integrate inventory management tools I already have into the membership site that ends out of stock items from the suppliers inventory and enables users to set profit margins for the items in their store.

To market this product I want to start out using email marketing using thousands of eBay seller email addresses I already have in my possession from years of selling. The home page of the membership site should be a very web 2.0 style landing page that has a place to obtain new email addresses as well as a place for a video explaining the service.

The right developer for this job should have extensive experience with web scrapers, api tools, and web apps using Amazon and eBay. The main deliverables for this project are:

1) Design membership website with homepage, membership portal, and page to post video training

2) Pay with paypal

3) Integrate inventory management tool into web app for multiple user use

4) Develop web app that accepts .csv file and uploads to ebay seller store using file exchange

I am looking for a developer/coder that is an expert in scraping, api, Amazon, eBay, and file exchange and will be able to complete this relatively quickly. There is a lot of profit potential here and would be open to sharing future profits with the right person if will to stay on board and help improve the site once live. Thanks
