Tweaking of WordPress / WooThemes

We have two WordPress themes from WooThemes which we need some tweaking for to adjust them to our design.
The two themes are
WooThemes Crisp

and
WooThemes slanted

We want to keep the design of these themes, but apply some of our design elements and variations of our logo.
All the functionality of the WooTheme needs to be kept intact.
Adjustments we need:
1. Adjust the width of the theme to Yahoo 950 grid (50% or 66% of this - we need the widths to be consistent with the variations of the Yahoo 950 grid).
2. Add variations of our logo to the default logo in themes.
3. Make the colors of our design the default colors of the theme.
4. Add our logo and copyright to the footer.
We will place 50 percent of payment in escrow when project starts. No payment will be made until project is finished and code delivered according to our standards. Code will need to validate with W3C.
We have these themes on our server, and you will be able to work on them in our sandbox. When you place your bid, please let us know what other WordPress jobs you have done. We would also like you to start your bid with M: to show us you have read this project description.
