Need a functional audio sharing website designed (using placeholder art).
Think Youtube but mp3 files instead of videos.
Website will receive emails with mp3 attached and automatically add them to the website for users to listen to. Visitors can vote on audio files to help determine weekly "top 10's" as well as leave comments. Website will automatically take data from the email and display it, including songname, singer name, age, location as well as singer photo.
Other functions include allowing visitors to create an account so they can post comments to audio files.
Lastly, there needs to be a filtering of user comments for vulgarity and/or the ability to only post comments once approved by a moderator.
We are looking for someone to begin creating this website on our [url removed, login to view] account immediately. We just need the functionality, not the artwork. (still needs to be layed out properly, but we will create the artwork ourselves to make it presentable)
