Front End Clean Education Site Build from Fully Complete Designs

We're looking for a person or small team to build a 9-12 page clean site for us in the next 7-10 days. Please note all designs and copy are *complete* and only the build is required.
The website should feel light, modern, fast and responsive. The design and execution should match the ethos of our business: excellent and reliable professionalism.
Designs
Designs have been produced for the website in-house for Mobile and desktop so any front-end developer should be confident they are able to scale the website between these two and on devices like tablets without further designs or compromising the quality of the website.
The design involves some parallax effects as well as very minimal animation on a few icons. It requires two custom fonts, one open-source web font and another through [login to view URL], which should both be implemented along with the making of the site.
The Site
There are around 11 pages to be created, all of which use a similar 'grid-ed' layout for ease of creation.
Backend Work
A very limited amount of backend work is required on a select number of pages, which our in-house developer will coordinate with you.
