Need a Shopify Site duplicated

We currently have a shopify site we would like to duplicate. The task is to transfer the current shopify site over to a new domain (that has a new shopify account), and make the following changes.
-Create and change logo
-Change home page content up a little
-Change content/change it up on 3 pages (about us, etc)
-Since the product will be exported on a spreadsheet and re-uploaded, it is necessary to also change the content on the products up a bit. All the products use the same content on the first paragraph on the description, which is basically generic, and that will need to be changed up a bit.
