send and print button needs to be fixed

This website, has a send and print function, it works fine on one section (my order), but on My Bar and My Party the button is there but doesnt function, it needs to be fixed to it sends to the email address duncans@mybottleshop(dot)biz and also so a pop up window comes up with the order that the client can print out.
