I am wanting a website (from scratch). Users must be able to make selections from drop down (or other) menus, and that information needs to be stored in an active database for sorting and reporting later. A user will login using password, will see their account balance, they can pay by credit card. They will then be asked to make thier selections for the day (checkboxes or other) and then confirm and submit the form. Data from the form to be stored in a database.
