Work on an AMP page

We are looking for an AMP devoloper. We already have an AMP page (just plain HTML) but we have to make some changes.
The developer will have to make a code validated by the Google tool "AMP validator" and perfectly accessibile from all mobile devices. Below what we need:
1) add some boxes to put texts and images
2) add a logo that we are creating
3) change some background colors
4) put a drop down menu
