Program to control Label Matrix

Label Matrix provides a [url removed, login to view] to allow for command line printing. I need a program that will allow us to select an Item from a database and then send 2 print jobs (1 to printer a and the other to printer b) Printer a is for printing 1x3 piece labels ... Printer b is for 2x3 box labels. when we tell it to print an item we need it to send 1 printjob to each printer.
All data will come from an access database on a server for now but we will need the capability to connect to a sql database in about 6 months.
The program needs to be written to run on windows 2000 / xp and above interface needs to be able to be run from a touch screen (will need an onscreen keyboard for item# entry) I can supply the access database for use durring programming. The fields I believe you will need are:
Item#, Piece Label Format, Box Label Format. You should check the Label Matrix docs to verify this. We do have control over the database.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows
A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
## Platform
Must run on Windows 2000 / XP or above. Must be an exe that is written in one of the MS Visual languages. (Programmer must identify the language and version before the job is awarded)
