Need a Chat bot Coded

Hi, I am currently looking for someone that can make me a chat bot for our websites. I am basically looking to make this program multi threaded while sending out messages to a specific filter. I am looking for an experienced coders ONLY. Please do not bid if you have not successfully completed at least 3 projects. I will not release funds until The project is completed with my 100% satisfaction. I would like this to be completed asap, but I am willing to wait until a week for the right candidate.
