276193 WordPress Theme Edited

I need a WordPress Expert to do the following edits to my WP blog and theme.

***PLEASE DON'T BID IF YOU ARE NOT EXTREMELY GOOD WITH WORDPRESS***

*******ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU HAVE SAMPLE WORK TO SHOW*******

1. I just upgraded to the latest version but I'm getting an error that you can see at http://PowerLifeSolutions.com. I need you to fix the error so the upgrade will work.

2. When all is done, I need the theme that I choose to get some minor edits like:

a. moving a few boxes in a column

b. creating a few boxes in main column so I can add content later

c. adding my logo to the header area

3. Remove included info at bottom of page and add my company information in place of it.

4. Add a simple slide show script to the home page

This should be pretty easy for anybody that knows WordPress to do in a short time.
