Contact Forms on Site Not Working

Using iPhorm Form Builder plugin on a word press site. I just recently upgraded word press and all plugins and forms are not submitting or redirecting upon submission. In the back end to use the form builder, it is also not even showing the table to edit the form. Need to get this fixed ASAP.
