Someone to set up the shipping for my client's webstore

Client with WP site using WooCommerce needs to allow for shipping by cart total cost AND type of shipping (First Class, Priority, Express).
I know hat's not terribly complicated, and I have purchased several Table Rate plug-ins, but simply can't figure it out.
And, I am way behind-- of course! :) Need someone ASAP.
