I've been doing freelancing online jobs since November 2015 here and on another freelancing platform. Experience includes snippet/content writing and transcription of videos, webinars and audio files into Word documents. Also proof-read and corrected subtitles, and wrote articles for a website. Worked for a reputable BPO company for 5 years and 6 months as technical and customer support handling both back office and voice support. Currently working from home as a freelancer.
