Dear Prospective Clients, I am a highly versatile IT professional with a broad range of skills extending from graphic design to full-stack web development and technical support. I am currently employed at Battiato & Asociados where my responsibilities include maintaining and supporting Windows servers, managing Active Directory, and providing both remote and in-person support to users. My role also encompasses a range of additional tasks from system assembly and formatting to information standardization, all aimed at delivering excellent customer service. Previously, I worked at Las Bambalinas where I honed my skills in graphic design, specifically using Corel and Illustrator to create designs for cutting plotters. I was also responsible for purchasing supplies and maintaining office equipment, which gave me a rounded experience in operational logistics. In addition to my work experience, I am enrolled in a Full-Stack Web Development program, keeping me abreast of the latest technologies and best practices in the field. I am a quick learner with the ability to easily adapt to new technologies and work methods. My technical skills include proficiency in Microsoft Access, Corel, Adobe, PeopleSoft, along with various ticketing tools and office software. I also have experience with hardware and operating systems such as Windows 10 and Windows Server. I am a proactive individual with strong learning and adaptive abilities.
