I was very disappointed with Andrei. My site wasn't huge, but he failed to deliver on many promised deadlines. His original bid was for 24 days, and 3.5 months later, still no complete site, despite many promises and requests for extensions. I made the mistake of paying him along the way because the work he *did complete was sound and I believed that he would complete the site. His friendly nature over IM helped to win my trust. Bad move. In addition, I had to send him the same info many times on how the site should go and what was needed because he did not keep a good record of what we discussed via IM or email. Andrei is a one man team. When he is on vacation, sick, or taking an exam, the project stops. I will not be using Andrei again and I would recommend that no one else use him either. I will be reposting for the completion of my project. Andrei *may have had the skills, but he lacked the commitment, dedication, and followup to be a good coder here.
