The Freelancer had initially taken up the project with me asking for a milestone amount which i had agreed upon without any negotiation and he didn't go through the requirements at all. He built the things as per his convenience and not as per our requirement. We had to highlight the initial requirements multiple times but he completely ignored them and worked on the design as per his own convenience on coding capability. he had asked to extend the timeline by a week but still he couldn't complete the project and had threatened that he would delete the project if we don't make the payment first. He asked us to make the payment first and was not ready to fix all the issues which the project had, there were multiple bugs in the project and hence we wanted him to fix the issues first before making the payment but he refused to do the fixes and didn't deliver the project, hence we decided to close this project. I won't recommend this freelancer to anyone...he is completely unprofessional. He is still in the learning phase and there is a competency and attitude issue with him. He would be interact very nicely while taking up the project and once the project is given to him, he will start throwing his tantrums. I had provided him the details snapshots with comment boxes and excel log of all issues and all files but he didn't even bother to look at them.
